Susan Ruth Clark, 64, passed away on December 25, 2021. She was born in Providence, Rhode Island and had been a resident of Pennington, New Jersey for over 50 years. She graduated from the Pennington School and Fairleigh Dickinson University.
She was employed by the College of New Jersey as a Library Assistant for many years. She was a member of the Pennington United Methodist Church. Predeceased by her parents, E. Dwight Clark and Gloria Clark, Susan is survived by her cousins, Joan Craig, Gwendolyn Wollney, Dana Wollney, Clayton Wollney, Susan Saks Schwartz, Sally Saks Small, Ruth Elizabeth Yates Long, Laura Clark Earnest, Sandra Clark Gillespie, Elizabeth Clark Spears, Kenneth Clark, her uncle Roy Wollney, her uncle Robert Saks and his wife Carol and her cousin’s spouse, Wendy Saks, and her closest friend, Linda Druck.
Susan loved traveling throughout Europe and on bus trips through the Civil War Battlefields. She especially enjoyed assisting Linda with showing and talking about her favorite “furries and fuzzies” she loved so much. They also shared many memories and trips to Disney World together. Sue was an avid Disney fan.
Memorial Service will be celebrated Friday, June 24 at 11:00am in Pennington United Methodist Church, 60 South Main St., Pennington. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project (woundedwarriorproject.org); Gift of Life, Family House (giftoflifefamilyhouse.org); or Habitat for Humanity (habitat.org).
