Herbert H. Farlee

Jobstown. Herbert H. Farlee, 94, died at his home Tuesday. He was born in West Amwell, Hunterdon County and had been a resident of Hopewell, where he had operated a dairy farm. He later moved to Lambertville and most recently resided in Jobstown. Following his retirement, he and his wife moved to Lambertville, and he was employed by the Public Works Dept. Of Hopewell Borough/ He was a former member of the Spruce Run Trotting Pony Association, Mercer Grange of Hopewell, and the Tri County Pigeon Club. He was predeceased by his ll siblings and a son, James A. Faarlee. He is survived by his wife of 73 years, Laura Marie Allen Farlee; a daughter, Deborah A. Fischer and her husband, Dr. Chaarlesw D. Fischer of Yardville, and a son Herbert F. Farlee and his wife, Ruthann Farlee of Lambertville; four grandchildren, Kenneth Farlee and his wife, Kim , Kelli Fischer, Kristen Ellingham and her husbsnd, Robert, and Kyle Fischer. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren, Taylor Farlee, Darren Edinger, Steven and Charles Mohacsi, Lyla Samayoa and Kyle, Jadyn, and Trevor Elllingham. Special thanks should be given to his two caregivers, Ransford and Martha. Viewing will be Monday, June 29 From 6 to p.m. at the Blackwell Memorial Home21 N. Main St., Pennington , funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 30 at 11:00 a.m.. Interment will be in Harbourton Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
