Hazel M Rhodes

Hazel M. Rhodes, 89 of Hopewell Township, passed away Monday November 28, 2022.

Born in Amherst, Virginia, she was a longtime resident of Hopewell.

Hazel was retired from the State of New Jersey with over 25 years of service.  She

was a member of the Pennington Methodist Church and Pennington Grange.

Predeceased by her parents, Theodore (Candy) and Mattie (Branham) Johns, her

husband, Bruce Rhodes, her son, Steven E. Rhodes and grandson, Shane R.

Rhodes and her sisters, Elizabeth, Patty, Jane and Dorothy.

She is survived by her son, Robert Rhodes; sister, Anna Hillman; brother,

Theodore Johns; three nieces, Patricia Rauschert, Pauline Chianese and Erin Hicks;

grandson and his wife, Justin E. and Ashley Rhodes and one cherished great

grandson, Chase Rhodes and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Sunday, December 04, 2022 from 1:00-3:00PM at the

Blackwell Memorial Home, 21 North Main St. Pennington. Funeral service will be

celebrated 11:00AM Monday, December 05, 2022 at the Pennington Methodist

Church, South Main St., Pennington. Burial will follow in Harbourton Cemetery.
