George D. Conover

Hopewell. George Delbert Conover, 89, died on October 31 at Samaritan Hospice in Mt. Holly. He was a life long resident of Hopewell. Before his retirement, he had been a Postal Worker in Hopewell. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Chu;rch of Hope w e ll. Delbert is survived by a sister, Della Hurley, three daughters Nancy Power(David) of Pocono Pines, PA, Patricia Harvey(Fred) of Middleburg, PA, Jill Devlin(Terry) of Frederick, MD and a son Jeffrey Conover of Voorhees, NJ. He is also survived by seven grandchildren , Nathan Power, Garrett Power, Heather Kosmicky, Karen Chase, Andrea Timer, Sean Devlin and Erin Devlin as well as three great-grandchildren, Isabelle Chase, Autumn Timer and Charlie Rae Kosmicky.. He was predeceased by his wife, Iva Lorraine Conover. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers a memorial contribution may be made to the Hopewell Fire and EMU, 4 Columbus Ave.,Hopewell, NJ, 08525 or First Baptist Church, Broad Street, Hopewell, NJ.
