Eleanor Lauricella died at Capital Health System Hopewell on Monday at the age of 85. She passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side. Born and raised in Manhattan NY, she was a lifelong resident of Hopewell Township. Eleanor was a member of St. James Church and the St. James Seniors Club. Eleanor was most recently employed by the Township of Hopewell and worked there for many years. Previously she was employed by Timberlane Middle School and the Circle F Company. She also did volunteer work at Morris Hall Nursing home. Preceded in death by her beloved husband Vincent Raymond Lauricella Sr., Eleanor is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Vincent Lauricella Jr. and Patricia Lauricella of Hopewell Township; her daughter and son-in law Victoria and Ronald Ailey of Robbinsville NJ; and five grandchildren: Andrew and Anna Lauricella; and Nicole, Melissa, and Christian Ailey. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am Friday, January 23, in St. James Church, 115 East Delaware Ave.,Pennington Interment will follow in the Pennington Cemetery. Friends may call in the gathering area of St. James Church from 6 to 8pm on Thursday.
