Catherine Kay Simon
Catherine (Kay) Simon, 85, of Ewing, NJ, passed away at home surrounded by family on June 15, 2024.
Predeceased by her parents, Lawrence and Helen, her husband, Leslie; her brother, Lawrence; her sister Helen; and her grandson, Leslie. She is survived by her sister Mary Collins, her brother, Robert Gore; her sons and their wives, Leslie and Pamela, Lawrence and Nancy, and Leonard and Jennifer; her grandchildren and their spouses, Amy and Cori, Angela and Jarrod, Thomas, Marianna and Hunter, LJ, Christopher, Ben, John Paul, Andrew, Abby, and Will; and her great-grandchildren Mason, Emery, Aria, Ryker, Stella, and Orion; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024, from 10 am to 11 am followed by a memorial Mass at 11am, both at Incarnation – St. James R.C. Church, 1545 Pennington Rd, Ewing, NJ.
Interment will be private at Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown, PA.
