Alessandro Manago, 92, of Robbinsville entered into God’s care December 14, 2020.
Born in Palmi, Reggio Calabria, Italy Alessandro moved to the United States in 1961, where he was a longtime Hamilton area resident. Mr. Manago was a veteran of the Italian military. Alessandro was a retired machine operator with Congoleum Flooring. He was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows-St. Anthony Parish. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Predeceased by his parents, Saverio and Maria Cosentino Manago; Sister, Antonietta and her husband Domenico Ruoppolo, brothers-in-law, Rocco Saffioti, Silvio Cascino; his wife, Angelina D'Angelo Manago. Surviving is his son and daughter-in-law, Saverio and Jacqueline Manago of Hamilton; two granddaughters, Alessandra and Giuliana Manago. Also surviving are two sister, Rosalia Saffioti and Nicolina Cascino; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Vincenzo and Brigida (Ianno) Manago and Raffaelle Manago
Visitation will be held Monday from 8:30-10:30AM at the Blackwell Memorial Home, 21 North Main St. Pennington, NJ (www.blackwellmh.com). Private entombment will take place in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contribution maybe made to Rose Hill Assisted Living, 1150 Washington Blvd, Robbinsville, NJ 08691.
