ALANSON ST. JOHN HALL, JR. "TAD" Alanson St. John Hall, Jr. "Tad", 56, died Tuesday, December 24, 2013 following a brief illness. He was with family and friends at the time of his death. Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Tad was a resident of Trenton and Ewing for 32 years. A graduate of Clarkson College, Tad spent his entire professional career as a civil engineer and administrator for the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Tad was Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 33, West Trenton, for 31 years, during which time over 20 of his scouts attained the rank of Eagle. He was also Vigil Honor member of the Order of the Arrow, BSA and was advisor to the Sakuwit Lodge Native American Dance Team. He was Senior Warden at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Ewing and an avid sports fan. Son of the late Alanson St. John and Ellen Fitzgibbon Hall of North Providence, RI, Tad is survived by his sister Merrill Hall Sepulveda of Yakima, Washington, brother James of West Palm Beach, Florida, brother and sister-in-law Klebert and Jeanette of Foster, Rhode Island, niece Marisol Sepulveda, nephew JoseAngel Sepulveda, great-niece Chloe and great-nephews Christian and Logan. He is survived by many friends. Burial will be private. A memorial service will be held on January 18, 2014 at 11AM at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, 300 South Main Street, Pennington, NJ followed by a reception.
